Service agreements costs:
Contracts:
At least £400.00 - 500.00 per address or premises per year for up to five refrigeration units.(ONE ICE MACHINES, ONE CELLAR COOLER, TWO KITCHIN FRIDGES & BOTTLE CHILLER CABINETS)
Some premises might be on a per equipment basis which will be assessed upon inspections.
We especially cater for restaurants that need hygienic door seals replacing to pass any health inspections every year!
Standard Maintenance and services cleaning condensers and lubricating fan Barings twice a year September to June.
Inspection for future problems customer will bear charges for replacement
Job costing:
On site charge £55 EXCLUDING of VAT on arrival.
Excludes congestion charge and parking, parts and labour and VAT.
Covers first hour on site.
Thereafter labour charges will be £38.00+Vat.
Appliance Repairs Terms and Conditions
- We do not fix appliances over 8 years old
- If your appliance is found to beyond economical repair then you will be charged an inspection fee of £55 and refund the balance of your payment. Beyond economical repair is when the cost of repairing an item is deemed, by our qualified tradesperson, to be higher than the cost to replace the item.
- We cannot repair AGA products
- Any problems arising from faulty Installation of appliance
- Any commercial appliances or appliance residing in Commercial premise
Guarantees:
- Repair job three months call back on parts fitted.
- None on old parts and only on warranted new parts (12 months) delivered and fitted.
- Gas leak re-gassing repairs no guarantees.
Installation jobs:
- Warrantee up to six months.
- Customer obligation for service engineer as follows:
- 230V secure or 415V supply for testing.
- Water supply for example ICE machines & drainage.
